CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRAR
I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting City Finance Director, of the City
of Kalispell, Montana (the "City"), who is designated as Registrar under Resolution No. 5659,
adopted by the City Council of the City, on February 3, 2014, authorizing the issuance of the
Bond described above, do hereby certify that the Registrar has authenticated and delivered to the
Department of Natural Resources and Conservation of the State of Montana (the "Purchaser"),
one fully executed Special Improvement District No. 345 Bond (DNRC Water Pollution Control
State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2014 of the City in the maximum authorized principal
amount of $242,000, maturing finally on July 1, 2029 and bearing interest on amounts advanced
thereunder from the date of advance until paid or duly called for redemption.
I further certify that the Bond so authenticated and delivered was registered, on the face
thereof and also in the bond register maintained by the Registrar, in the name of the Purchaser.
