PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS:
Tom Jentz, Planning & Building Director
Rebekah Wargo, Asst. Civil Engineer
Kathy Nelson, Recording Secretary
J2 Office Products Storage Building —115 West Wyoming — We still need to get Fincher's sign -off
on this project. Wargo is still reviewing this. Parker is meeting with them next Tuesday about their
fire sprinklering.
NEW BUSINESS:
Chick-Fil-A — Sorensen noted that they will be coming in on January 22nd for Site Review, and on
the 27th for Architectural Review. Construction is 12 months out.
Earl Bennett Building II — Sorensen noted we are still waiting for this project to come in for
Architectural Review. They will likely be claiming Agency Exemption.
Glacier Eye Clinic — They will be doing an expansion, and CTA will be submitting plans on this.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Victory Commons Subdivision — Their subdivision plat will be coming in soon. Their storm
drainage facilities will be put on a numbered lot.
OTHER REPORTS:
Meridian Apartments (Calaway) — 65 units — south of the UPS area. Haskins stated they should be
coming in soon. They will have the design for the entire site and then construct one phase at a time.
Sorensen noted they have received two or three CUPS over the last ten to twelve years. They have a
basic design. Haskins said that their main concern, because he is building up on the hill, is trying to
get enough water pressure into his upstairs apartment buildings.
