PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Doggie Day Care — in the old National Llama Registry at 111/2 South Meridian. They have agreed to
pave the front area to provide five parking spaces that include a van accessible space. They have
submitted a Cashier's Check as bond for the paving, which will probably take place next July or
August, 2015.
Ashley Heights — We have an extended performance bond for Wayne Turner's soundwall that will
expire soon. Jentz sent Mr. Turner a letter regarding a 5% increase of the new bond amount, or
complete the wall within ten days. We are willing to work with him to get the bond extended. A
Geo-Tech will need to approve the foundation if work proceeds.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Flathead High School/Elrod Elementary School Residential Parking District— We will be taking
this back to the Planning Board as Old Business in December, but we have to get back with the
neighborhood and the School District to get them to agree on something that they can live with.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Flathead County Attorney's Office/Earl Bennett Building — Remodel with a sky bridge. The
bridge would be on 1 lth Street West. This will need to go through MDOT, as 1 lth is on our Urban
system and accesses a stop light on Hwy 93. They will also be building a new structure where the
two gazebos are.
J2 Office Products — 700 Sunset Blvd. — They will be submitting documentation for Architecture
Review for next week. They are still wanting to move forward. Once they get their site plan change
in, they may need to go back through ARC again.
Kevin LeClair — Kevin will be leaving the City next week to take a job back in Seattle, Washington.
Site Review Meeting Next Week — Our meeting next week will be on Wednesday. If there is
nothing on the agenda, the meeting will be cancelled.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:13 a.m.
