PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Captain's Marine — This will be going before the City Council on December 1st
Two Four-Plex Units — On Meridian, just south of the Sinopah properties. Randy Jones
Construction called about stormwater. They plan to come in in January to do the zone change and
the Conditional Use Permit.
Financial Drive Apartments — They have been in contact with us regarding our process.
Three Mile Views — Mike Frasier is working on the southwest corner of that Vista Loop property
subdivision to create two duplex lots. We need to talk him out of trying to use North Riding as an
access point.
Flathead High School/Elrod Elementary School Residential Parking District— We will be taking
this back to the Planning Board as Old Business in December, but we have to get back with the
neighborhood and the School District to get them to agree on something that they can live with.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Canvas Church — 255 Summit Ridge; expansion of existing church. This project will be back on the
agenda in 2-3 weeks with more of a spring start. This will include all the site work.
J2 Office Products — 700 Sunset Blvd. — Sorensen just spoke with Mark Young from Jackola
Engineering and he was asking about Architecture Review. We will want to see how the site layout is
going to work first, just because Public Works is working on some drainage issues. Wargo noted that
she is waiting for them to get back to her. Sorensen stated that in order for them to stay 50' away
from the foundations and get the slopes that they will need, it didn't sound like there was any way for
that to work with their configuration. Wargo stated her concerns as well. We are moving toward
adding underground detention in the Design Standards and are working on revising the Design
Standards, but it won't be in the next month or two. The house has been demolished and is being
removed. They are moving forward.
Dress Barn — They have paid their impact fees. Their water and surface issues have been
straightened out. Their building permit is ready to be issued today.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
