HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS:
Canvas Church — 255 Summit Ridge; expansion of existing church. This is a 6,000 sq. ft. addition
off the front that is basically filling in some interior space in the building. This project is on temporary
hold per CTA, but may be active again in a few weeks. They may be shifting their expectations on
their time line.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Captain's Marine — This will be going before the City Council on December 1 s'. The owner was out
of town for the last scheduled meeting on November 3rd, and requested it be moved to December.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Chick-Fil-A —Sorensen noted that they wanted to make sure they would not run into any major
obstacles with getting a permit either under land use or some major issue that came with the redesign
of their layout. They plan to go forward with this in 2016.
J2 Office Products — 700 Sunset Blvd. — Their addition will be a stand-alone building, 6,480 sq. ft.,
used for storage. They are wanting to move quickly on this project. Wargo will be meeting with
Toby McIntyre from Jackola on this today.
