Immanuel Lutheran Home Conditional Use Permit BACKGROUND/CONSIDERATION: I have enclosed the minutes and staff report outlining this request. The Planning Board, with no dissenting votes, approved the use request with four conditions (page 5 of the report). RECOMMENDATION: After reviewing the findings of fact and the report, I concur with the Board's conclusion and recommended approval.
