A. Council Minutes - Regular Meeting October 6, 1997
B. Approval of Claims per Payables Register
C. KDC Site -Approval to Proceed with Infrastructure Design
BACKGROUND/CONSIDERATION: At the last council meeting, I indicated that
I would be requesting your authorization to proceed with the design of the
improvements that we outlined for the alley on the west portion of the KDC site and
possibly the under -grounding of the two blocks south of the site. The estimated costs
for the improvements were included in your last packet of information.
RECOMMENDATION/ACTION REQUIRED: Your APPROVAL of this
consent agenda will allow the staff to proceed with the design phase of these
improvements to enable us to complete the improvements during this budget year as
planned.
D. Buffalo Stage Phase II Lot 63 Final Plat
BACKGROUND/CONSIDERATION: I have enclosed a report from Narda
Wilson reviewing the request for final plat for Lot 63 in the Buffalo Stage II

RECOMMENDATION: As per the report recommendation, the conditions for this
action have been fulfilled. I concur with the recommendation to approve the final plat
of Lot 63.
ACTION REQUIRED: Upon your APPROVAL of the Consent Agenda, the Final
Plat will be completed. This approval will allow an immediate transaction for a unit
to be completed.
