The Airport Advisory
Board met
on August 11t-h.
At
that
meeting the board
reviewed
and ranked
the
four
applications received for the vacancy created by Walt
Nolte's moving. The Mayor will have a recommendation for
you at the meeting.
D. Bid Award North Wells -Pump House and Telemetry
The bid acceptance and analysis will be completed during
this week. We hope to have a recommendation for you at
the Council Meeting.
E. Bid Award Digester Cleaning

The bid acceptance and analysis will be completed during

the Council Meeting.
F. Adjustment of the Evergreen Sewer Rates
BACKGROUND/CONSIDERATION: As per the contract with
Evergreen, the sewer rates have been reviewed for
consideration of the annual adjustment. The calculations
are enclosed. As you will see, the City's expenditures
-._ for operations last year reflect a minor change.
However, the contribution by the Evergreen District
increased from 18.54% to 21.45W. The final result is a
$0.05 per 1000 gallon rate increase from $1.31/1000 to
$1.36/1000 gallon.
RECOMMENDATION: To fulfill the requirements of the joint
agreement with the Evergreen Sewer District, I recommend
an increase of $0.05/1000 gallon to be effective as of
July 1, 1997.
ACTION REQUIRED: A MOTION must be approved to enact the
Agenda -August 18, 1997
increase in the Evergreen Sewer rates.
