Duane Larson Ward IV • mow all City Parks, small City lots, Airport and Greenbriar (269 Total acres); • weedeat Woodland, Heritage, Haven, Lions, Drybridge, Hockaday, Northridge Park, soccer _fields, Hawthorne, Central School, Depot; • inspect, fix and repair playground units in all City Parks; • repair and set up various irrigation systems in City Parks; • stump removal on boulevards, fill holes & seed; • hazard tree removal; • fertilize Northridge Park and soccer fields; • Lakers Field & Archie Roe - repair flood damage; • repair tot -toy install toys in Lions Park; • install park benches on lst Avenue East; • paint fence at Woodland Park; • remove rocks and sticks from Lawrence Park; • brickpavers at Woodland Park Rose Garden; • repair and erect baseball fences; • plant, weed, prune, spray and paint various City Gardens; • daily rest room cleaning and garbage removal. Reese, Recreation Coordinators: June kept the Recreation Department on it toes! June 16' was the day that Day Camps, Tennis lessons, Soccer camp, Tiny Tot Team Sports and Swimming lessons started. Lots of parents signed up their kids to keep busy for the Summer. Ryan Stultz participated in the Fleer Baseball program and had the opportunity to travel to the regional competition in Seattle the last weekend in June, and received second place in his age group. The Seniors enjoyed a cool June for hiking and mountain biking. ® Routine Monthly Duties: Vouchers, Marketing, Administrative work, answering phones, assisting participants, taking registrations. Construction nearing completion on the North Main/Lawrence Park trail. Design for Phase II North Main/Lawrence Park submitted to MDT with project revisions and costs estimates. Meridian Trail - working on submittal for construction phase. Baseball Complex: Haven property sold. Agreement with Kidsports to Council. Airport Advisory Board: Regular meetings conducted, and Council direction requested. Lawrence Park Wetland Mitigation: Project 98% completed. Hawthorne Playground: Installed in May. W.P.
