Resolution 2030 - Resolution of Intent - SID 264RESOLUTION NO. 20a0. 17,,,ESOJ,T1T1017 OF TT%TTMITIOINT TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 264 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIl- OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: Section, That it is the intentioof the City Council of the _1� n City of Kalispell to create a special improvement district, hereby designated as Special Improvement District No. 264 and said Improvement District shall be for Block 261, Addition No. 81 Kalispell Townsite, commencing at a p,)i.nt which is the center 11-ne of Thirteenth Street East at the intersection of the alley between Seventh and eighth Avenues East, a concrete manhole, extending North on the center line of the alley of Block 261 to point which is the South property line of Lots 1 and 12, a distance of approxi=tely 285 feet, more or less. .Section 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said proposed special improvement district is the install,,tion of a sanitary sewer with necessary appurtenances. La2Lion._J. 1hat the approximate cost of slid improvements is 720.00, an approximate cost of $60.00 per lot. Section. 4. ' That the entire cost nd expense of such improvements shall be assessed against each lot within such district to be assessed for that part of the whole cost vrhich its area bears to the area of the entire district. ,Section . That said assessment shall be paid for in three eql-,,,al annual instr=,llments hereby extended over a period of three years. Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be known as,Special Improvement District Fund No. 264. �Section 6 -d for in Special , That said improvements shall be paid Improvement District warrants issued against said district in the slam of $100.00 each, bearIng interest at 4 p-r cent per annum from the date of registration until called redemption or paid in full. Section 7. That on the 21st day of August, 1946, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., an adjourned meeting, the City Council will. hear and pass upon all protests that may be made against the making of such improvements or the creation of such district. Section 8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by pub- lication and mailing as req,lired by law, such publication to be made in the Kalispell Times, a weekly newsp�-,,por published in the City of h I alispell,2ontana.
