DE IT RFSOLVED PY THE 'TTY COUMIL 07 TuP "ITY OF T ,V�LICTTILL? MONTANA SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Kalispell that Special Lighting District No. 51 shall be changed and extended to include the unplatted district abutting Idaho Street East at the intersections of Sixth Avenue East North and Seventh Avenue East North. 17"TION 2. That the entire cost of maintaining the light at these intersections shall be distributed evenly between the above described property except that portion which is paid from the General Fund of the City of Kalispell. SECTION 3. That upon installation of these lights, the owners shall pay to the City Treasurer a sum equal to the unused proportionate part of the 1q44 assessment what shall be deposited the credit of Light District No. 51, and in case of failure to pay this assessment on or before June 30, IV45, it shall be added to the 1945 assessment with interest and that beginning July 1, 1945 the above described property shall be included in the Special Assessment Lists of Light District No. 51. SECTION iCTION 4. That on the Ilth day of December, 1944, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 P.M. a special meeting, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protests that mey be made against the making of such improvements or the extension of such district. �ECTION "'. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and mailing as required by law, such publication to be made in the Kalispell Times, a weekly news- paper published in the City of Kalispell..
