AGENDA ITEM 8 - HAVEN FIELD OFFER (OPENING JANUARY 30TH)
BACKGROUNDICONSIDERATION: This item will not be a Work Session
discussion item. However, this item may be a discussion or action
item for the February 3rd Council Meeting. This will be determined
after the January 30th receipt of the proposals to purchase. The
number of bids and the type of development packages we receive at
that time will be the determining factor for including this on the
February 3rd meeting or at the next sequence of Council Meetings of
February 10 and February 17.
