IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
Date: Tuesday August 26, 2014 4:03 -5:15 P.M.

Jeff Zauner called the meeting to order at 4:03 PM
Approval of Minutes Merna made a motion to approve the minutes of 6-24-14. Rick Second. Motion
approved.
Dave Dedman: Provided a progress update on where the impact fee report was at.
Discussion continued on fire impact fees.
The decision was made: not wait on an updated response time area map.
Wade Rademacher Provided a progress report on where the police impact fees were at.
Discussion continued on police impact fees.
The decision was made to use 358 ft2 per full-time employee (Bozeman ratio) rather than
the current 287 ft2 per full-time employee.
For the next meeting Wade will provide further information regarding square foot cost.
Old business Merna asked the status of delaying impact fees. Specify water and sewer fees delayed
until the meters are picked up from the city.
The decision was made that council had made a ruling months ago and that ruling is
acceptable to the committee.
IFAC agreed to meet again in September.
Jeff made a motion to adjourn at 5:15 PM. Motion carried.
Date of next meeting: September 23, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. The fourth Tuesday in September.
