BE W RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana at its regular meeting held February 5, 1945,
'Tlj'iT '�,FFRFAS, H. B. 00. 192 has been presented to the Haase
of Represenatives of the Twenty-ninth Legislative Assembly of the
State of Montana amending Sections 509; 5160; 5167 and 5104 of
the 2evised Codes of Montana 1935, and,
WHEAEAS,,this proposed measure would benefit all Montana
cities and towns in permitting more adequate plans for the
post-war reconstruction period, and,
existing conditions in many cities and towns of the
State of Montana require changes in the above nualered sections
of the Laws of Vontana,
7HEREFORE, DS, IT that the City Council of the City
of Kalispell, ToDtana request the aid of the representatives and
officers of the Montana Wuniolpal League and the support of the
Senator and Pepresentatives of "latheaj Ccimty to the passage of
House Q11 7o. 152, and,
