Dear Mr. Clark:
I am writing to compliment your Police Department, and particularly Officer Rademacher, for the
fine way my wife, Mary Meier, was treated after a traffic accident on September 17, 1996. Mary
and I were in Kalispell on vacation, and a traffic accident was the last thing we wanted to happen.
Officer Rademacher was so helpful and polite that it immensely reduced the stress caused by the
accident. The city of Kalispell could not find a better representative than Officer Rademacher, to
demonstrate the hospitality of Kalispell and Montana. His service reflects well on your
Department and your city..
I must also tell you how impressed I was with the friendliness and willingness to help, of everyone
we encountered in Kalispell. Everyone, from the folks at Ferron and Sons Auto Body to the
people at Payless Car Rental to your office staff were extremely helpful in making us comfortable
and helping us get on with our trip.
Thanks to you, to Officer Rademacher, to your staff, and to the fine folks of Kalispell for
extending us such friendliness and hospitality.
We'll come back again.
Len Meier
