Although we did not issue a specific encroachment permit, access to the site from

A drainage plan was reviewed last summer and approved by the Public Works
Department. The plan was apparently modified during construction, with changes is
finish grade and catch basin locations. The finished portion of the site appears to be
draining well, but the pavement and final grading are not in place for the north part
of the project.
I have discussed sewer easements with Brian Wood and understand that he will
coordinate the necessary revisions to the final plat.
Please give me call if you have any questions.
