AGENDA ITEM 1 - ANNEXATION OF COUNTY ROADS -TWO MILE DRIVE AND
AFPLEWAY DRIVE
Based upon discussion at our previous work session, we have
"delayed" the Council action for the annexation of these two roads
until we received a written request from the County. We have now
received that request. The process to begin annexation will be on
the agenda for the October 21st meeting.

Dear Bob:
In response to your letter of September 3, 1996, please be
advised that Flathead County will agree to the annexation of
Appleway Drive, between Meridian Road and Highway 2 West, and Two
Mile Drive, to the West boundary of the Greenbriar Subdivision.
It is assumed that the City of Kalispell will also assume the
maintenance of these two roadways.
The Plat Room is currently working on the legal descriptions
for these roadways and they will be forwarded to you upon receipt.
If there is other information you need, please feel free to
contact this office.
