Permits were issued for an addition to the Norco building on LaSalle Road, a 10-unit personal care facility off Liberty Street, a canopy at the WalMart Town Pump, and the Meridian Business Park. Zoning: The Board of Adjustment heard three variance requests at their September meeting. Two of the requests were granted, and one of the requests was denied. The first variance request granted was a request to exceed the maximum height limit for a fence. The second request that was granted, was a request to encroach into a required side yard setback. The third variance request was a request that was carried over from the August meeting. It had been carried over so that the City and the applicant could gather more information. This request was to encroach into a side yard setback area, which was denied. Two sign permits were issued in the month of September. The Zoning Administrator has been working on a variety of proposed projects that have come into the Site Review Development Committee, both new projects and projects that are under construction. I have been working closely with folks from the Hampton Inn to get their Floodplain Development permit issued as well as their sign permits. This office has been busy putting together information for the proposed Greenacres/South Woodland annexation. I have been gathering information related to the Haven Field offering document. I continue to answer questions from the public both at the counter and over the phone. Most of the inquiries are related to zoning issued, such as the sign ordinance, floodplain issues and a variety of other topics. General: The Hampton Inn project is projecting an opening in late November or early December. raig Kerzman f )  @ @ k.  / 06 5 d / e d LO U 8 - d /\\\ c $ .0 E \ e © m 2 7 m° m qqR\% & ¢(L Ul L.L cu o \ ± 0 0 0 ) ) t £ m $ J ` k  ! k § \ @ » - 17 > « ] \ \ \ j 0 \ \ m \ / o 2 m r! m o 0» - Cgco :t e ] # 5 2 ] j j § » e ) k #  - 2 \/ k z§§ 0 0 «UJ @§ 2 m a 2( 2 m p \ mCD- « - 2 m ® m ■ d » q2 ® k 7 5} a00 -52 2 o m ; _ . 0,wa)0<2=- E o» 0\ j p 2` 2 m ; n o .0 R k z - « _ 0 E 3 e b 4 ®o = o 0_ \ / ( \ m 2 » m \ - _ .I § t £ D- m cod e§/§@ 2 w) a 2 2 0 0 k c. / 0 12 E \ \ 7 § \ k R ) I CO m a== a a «m a a a $A33EƒA$$ 9 o A A & § § § § § / (L PERMIT NUMBER --------------- 96-336 KISSLER ENTERPRISES 2555 HIGHWAY 2 EAST NW4 NE4 S33 T29N R21W CONSTRUCT A 7,678 SF ADDITION TO EXISTING BUILDING.
