Clarence Krepps has purchased a home in Buffalo Stage
Subdivision, Phase II. The developer has an agreement with the
City that requires the developer to request annexation once
fifty (50) percent of each phase of the subdivision is sold. To
date, eight (8) building permits have been taken out on eight
(8) of the thirty (30) lots in the Phase II. It is recommended
that you authorize the City Manager to live outside the City
until September 1,'1997. If the Phase II of the Buffalo Stage
Subdivision is not annexed at that time, you can consider
amending the date, but in any event, you have a target date.
