Bid Recommendation
Lawrence Park/North Main Trail Bid Recommendation
June 27, 1996
I have had an opportunity to review the bids that were
opened June 26, 1996, for the Lawrence Park N. Main trail.
We received two (2) bids that I have listed below. Both
bidders are responsive.
NuPac is the low bidder for the base bid at a total of
$51,158.70.
Under the CTEP Program, the City contribution is 13.4%
($6,855.26). The remaining budget is $54,650.00 for this
project. I recommend the City accept the bid of $51,158.70
from NuPac for the base bid.
Construction is slated upon approval and acceptance by
the Montana Department of Transportation, CTEP Division.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
