Resolution 1952 - Resolution of Intent - SID 243J-25 RESOLUTION NO. 1a52 RESOLUTION OF I7TENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVE71= DISTRICT NO. 243 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MOFTArTA SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the Gity of Kalispell to create a special improvement district, hereby designated as Special Improvement District No. 243, and the boundaries of said proposed special improve- ment district are hereby declared to be as follows: Commencing at a point which is the center line of 13th street, between 3rd. Ave. E. and 4th Ave. E. and extending south.a distance of 283 feet in,the alley of Block 250, to a point which is the north property line of Lots 6 & 7 Block 250, Kalispell Townsite. SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said proposed special improvement district is the installation of an eight inch sanitary sewer with necessary appurtenances. SECTION 3. That the approximate cost of said improvements is 11$600.00. SECTION 4. That t"ne entire cost and expense of such improvements shall be assessed agaiast each lot within such distri�.,t to be assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district. SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be puid for In three equal annual installments hereby extended over a period of three years. Said assessment shall constitutes, fund to be known as Special Improvement District Fund No. 243. SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvement District Warrants issued against said district in the sum of $100.00 each, bearing interest at 4 per cent per annum from the date of registration until called for redemption or paid in full. SECTION 7. That on the fifth day of Tune, 1944, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall Of the City of Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 P. M., a regular meeting, the City Council will hear and pass upon all protests that my be made against the making of such improvements or the creation of such district. SECTION B. The City Clark is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by Publication and mailing as required by law, such publication to be made in the Kalispell Times, a weekly newspaper published in the City of Kalispell.
