by reason of the facts as hereinbefore stated an is

of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1�03b, and an expenditare off'
five hundred dollars (,jb00.00) in excess of the Current budget
for repairs to the City Hall is hereby authorized for the pur-
poses herein set forth, and emerCrency viuvrants be drawn ai,,ainst
the General Fund and the City Treasurer is authorized and directed
to Pay such warrants with any -money in the General 7und avail-
able and if there is not sufficient
ent Taoney available to pay such
warrants then the same shall be rca�istered and bear interest
and be called for pay.,aclnt in the manner provided far Tay law for
other city warrants.
