PlanningAfter their regular meeting on February 13, 1N8, the Kalispell City -County Planning
Board and Zoning Commission held a work session to discuss the
FROO work program for the upcoming year. Over the last several years, the Kalispell
work program has been comprised of the remaining unfinished projec4s from the
previous years'work
program.
The Board reviewed the current work program and carve up with some priorities from
the list along with potentlai new projects. The following list is being forwarded to you
for Council review and consideration. The projects are listed to the order of importance.
A new work project targeted by the Planning Board is the update of the Master Plan
which has been placed at the top of the list This undertaking obviously warrants
further discussion. The other two projects were carried over from the previous year.
1. Update the Master Plan
3. Neighborhood Plan fbr Southeast Kalispell inciuding Greenaores, South
Woodland, Kelly Road areas.
Projects which were also included on the work program list which were discussed and
which would still be pending include:
1. Neighborhood Plan for the area from Center Street to Idaho and from Meridian
Road to Sth Avenue West North;
2. Neighborhood Platt for south of Idaho Street, east of 3rd Avenue East North and
north of Center Street and Woodland Park;
