RE: Opticom Installation
The money we budgeted for Opticom Installation was $86,037.00 in the 1995-96 budget.
We have designated nine intersections to receive Opticom at a cost of $28,045.00 for
materials and $21,150.00 for installation. This is a total of $49,195.00 which is $36,842.00
under budget. I would like to add three more intersections at a cost of approximately
$16,500.00 which would leave us $20,000.00 under budget. The added intersections would
be First Avenue West and Second Street, First Avenue West and Center Street and
Highway 93 North and Meridian.
