Resolution 1839 - Reconveys Property to Peter Hoffmanwl�� oi,ui,ION NO.1839 - ]ER-FAS, on the 22nd day of June, 1938, Peter Hoffman and Bessie Hoffman, his wife, did make, execute and deliver to the City of Kalis- pell, a municipal corporation, a deed to certain real property in Kalispell Montana, hereinafter particularly described, which deed, recorded September 26, 1938, in Book 229 at Page 556, records of Flat- head County, expressly declared that it was given for street purposes only; AND WIE11,10,'AS, said City of Kalispell does not desire to establish or create a street on said premises or to use the same for right-of-way purposes, and said Peter 11offnian has requested said city to re -convey said premises to him; BE IT R!4_'13OLV'TD, by the City Council of the City of Kalispell that the Mayor of the City of Kalispell be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliver to said Peter Hoffman of Kalispell, Montana, in the name of said City, a good and sufficient deed, for a consideration of One Dollar, conveyinF, said premises to said Peter Said premises herein authorized to be conveyed are particularly described as follows, to--,iiit* 3ee,inning at a point 732 feet east of the Northeast corner of Block 21, Original Townsite of Kalispell, Montana; thence South 200 feet; thence South 23 degrees no mimAtes West 234 feet more or less to an intersection with the Northerly Right -of -Way Line of the Great North- ern Rqilway Company, thence Northeasterly on said Right -of -Way Line 100 feet; thence North 23 degrees no minutes East 176 feet; thence North 213 feet; thence West 66 feet, to the place of beginning,; said tract contain- ing sixty-three hundredths (.63) of an acre, more or less.
