scheduled Council meeting of February 20, 1996 and your special

The schedule of claims to be paid on Tuesday, March 5, 1996,
have been prepared and available for Council to review. I have
reviewed the claims presented amounting to $402,271.24 and
recommend their payment.

Agenda Item 5-Resolution 4254-City County Cooperation Group
The purpose of this resolution is to join the other cities in
our area and Flathead County by initiating and implementing an
intergovernmental program of office waste paper reduction and
recycling that was discussed at your "Fifth Monday" meeting on
January 29th.

Agenda Item 6-Proclamation-Mental Retardation Developmental
Disabilities Month
Mayor Rauthe will be proclaiming March as Mental Retardation
Developmental Disabilities Month.
Agenda Item 7-Appoint Interim Manager
As of this date, Nick Haren has withdrawn his interest in the
interim city manager position.

Agenda Item 8-Bid Award -New Lawrence Park Restrooms
Bids were opened today for the new Lawrence Park Restrooms and
are being evaluated. We will have a recommendation for you
Monday evening.
