Our '96 Budget has allotted $28,000 for the purchase of the
mower.
At this time I am recommending that we accept the bid from
Midland Implement of $28,763 for the Toro 455-D. The
competitive pricing of this piece of equipment is $763.00 over
budget. I will be able to make up the difference in our
budget through saving on other purchases.
At this time, the purchase of any additional options or
attachments will need to be delayed until the next budget
year, at which time I will request accordingly.
