Dear Bruce:
Resolution 4194 is the Preliminary Plat Approval for Woodland
Court. Section III provided for an effective period of one year
from January 17th, 1995.
We are requesting, on behalf of the developer, a one year
extension.
Previous preliminary plat approvals have been for three years with
allowance for a one year extension. We believe the original intent
t was for three years with a one year extension, but in either the
staff report or recommendations for the planning board, the
condition was wrongly prepared.
