AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY OWNED BY NORTHWEST HEALTH CARE CORPORATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the Planned Unit Development proposed by
Northwest Health Care Corporation, upon the
real property described in Exhibit 'A",
attached hereto, incorporated herein, and
thereby made a part hereof, is hereby
approved, subject to.
A) Declarations of Covenants, Conditions,
and Restrictions, Buffalo Commons
(Common Area) [Exhibit "B", attached
hereto, incorporated herein, and thereby
made a part hereof];
B) Declarations of Covenants, Conditions,
and Restrictions, Buffalo Commons
(Retail/Commercial/Office) [Exhibit 'C"
attached hereto, incorporated herein,
and thereby made a part hereof];
C) Declarations of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions, Buffalo Commons
(Multi -Family) [Exhibit 'D", attached
hereto, incorporated herein, and thereby
made a part hereof];
D) Declaration of Covenants, Conditions,
and Restrictions, Buffalo Commons
(Single Family) [Exhibit 'E", attached
hereto, incorporated herein, and thereby
made a part hereof];
E) Declaration of Covenants, Conditions,

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect from and
after 30 days of its passage by the City
Council.
