Box 1997 Kalispell, MT.' 59903 -1997 Mr. Bruce Williams City Manager Bruce, Since the City and the property owners on the south end of 5th Ave. East have come to terms over the sewer line extension, the Albright Partnership would like the council to reconsider our ammended plat to lot #2 of the Walker addition of the Walker / Arndt subdivision. This plat was originally approved by the council under resolution #4138. This resolution passed with the conditions that the Albright partnership would provide city services to the property. We were unable to meet this condition by October of 1994 thus our approval expired. Mr. John Parsons of City/County planning suggested that since the new sewer line is a reality, possibly you could take this resolution before the council again as an extension so that we can finalize our plat and develope the property.
