This phase of the project will give us physical improvement to the flat area at Lawrence Park. This portion of the project will complement the efforts and donated improvements from the Friends of Lawrence Park. We are just beginning the first step of the development of Lawrence Park. This form of systematic planning and implementation of phased development along with the efforts and contributions from the Friends of Lawrence Park will ultimately result in a model recreational complex with unlimited potential for servicing the community. I am enclosing comments and particulars from our consultant, Bruce Lutz. If further discussion is warranted on this, I will be available.
