There are 34 individual properties within the district. Despite a number of efforts we have not been able to persuade any adjacent property owners to annex and join the district. The cost of the project, including construction, engineering and bonding expenses has been estimated at $141,000. An informational meeting was held the evening of March 30th at City Hall with the residents of the district. The meeting was well attended. Following the presentation by City Staff a question and answer session was conducted. The atmosphere of the meeting was positive throughout. A timetable for the project is attached.
