The site is adjacent to the Wardd III Ward Greenbriar development and lies in the path of the proposed Pamela B. Kennedy highway bypass described in the adopted Kalispell Area Ward IV Transportation Plan. M. Duane Larson Ward IV Following a review of the conceptual plan, the Site Review Committee prepared a letter to the developer which, among other potential conditions, described the need to reserve a 110' easement for future right-of-way for the bypass. Staff has decided that it would be more appropriate in this case to simply inform the developer of the bypass alignment and its potential impact on the subdivision, rather than seek a reservation or dedication.
