At their January 12,1995 meeting the Site Review Committce discussed the preliAninary
plan for your proposed subdivision, as presented by John Parsons of Flathead Regional
Development Office (FRDO). The following issues were identified and need to be
addressed.
• The subdivision layout will need to take into account and be redesigned to
reserve a 110 foot casement for the future Highway 93 By-pass alignment.
• Installation of and an easement is needed for sewer and water lines to Corp!oratc
Way.
• Since Hathaway Lane is a dead end street in excess of city standards, a proposal
for a second access is needed to the property.
• Currently the property is zoned County R-1, annexation into Kalispell and an
initial zone would be required to file any, Plat over a density of one lot per net
acre and to obtain city services.
