The following issues were identified and need to be addressed. • The subdivision layout will need to take into account and be redesigned to reserve a 110 foot casement for the future Highway 93 By-pass alignment. • Installation of and an easement is needed for sewer and water lines to Corp!oratc Way. • Since Hathaway Lane is a dead end street in excess of city standards, a proposal for a second access is needed to the property. • Currently the property is zoned County R-1, annexation into Kalispell and an initial zone would be required to file any, Plat over a density of one lot per net acre and to obtain city services.
