Bruce, please sign the enclosed three copies of the first change order on
The Courtyard. This change order stems from Alternate Bid No. 2 in which
we were quoted a per cubic yard for any difference in excavation. To insure
the accuracy of this change order, the engineering firm of Thomas, Dean
and Hoskins Inc, was retained for excavation and placement of structural fill
for buildings 1 through 3.
Upon your approval of this change order, we will prepare a voucher for
payment. Thank you.
