Recommendation:
The high bidder is Tim Wise at $7,000. The house would be placed on
2nd Street West, just east of Consolidated Electric. Mr. Wise owns a
vacant city lot next door to a rental he moved -in and fixed -up a year
ago. The house would be moved in about two weeks. He has a
commitment with a lender for the remodel loan. Awarding the bid to
Tim Wise would expedite the parking lot project and keep housing
stock in Kalispell.
