Architects Design Group would like to present the site and exterior elevations as well
as the landscaping design to the council at Monday's workshop. The same material
will be presented the following evening, April 12th, to the Kalispell Planning Board.
The council needs to be apprised during the workshop that:
1. The Planning Board will review the Conditional Use Permit the next
evening, April 12th and it will be brought to the Council on May 2nd.
2. We will be asking for Council approval on May 2nd to legally advertise
for construction bids. The legal ads need to appear in the Daily Interlake
and The Missoulian on May 6th and 7th and May 23th and 24th.
3. Monday, April 18th, is the day the official release of funds on the CDBG
portion of the project will be received from DOC.
4. The actual project name needs to be decided very soon for the
construction documents and final design prints. We would like their
suggestions as well as consideration of the following names:
a. The Breezeway Apartments (incorporates basic design concept)
b. Mission View Apartments
C. South Haven Apartments
