Due to the fact that the low bid on the Syke's Project Jim Atkinson
and 6th Avenue West North and Railroad Street project was Ward III
over $40, 000 under our estimate, I am proposing to add 2 Lauren Granmo
half blocks of sidewalk to the project. The sidewalk Ward III
would be done under the existing unit price and would add
