RESOLUTION
IMPROVEMENT FOR •
YEAR 1 FOR FISCAL
2015*
WHEREAS,
the assessment cost of the Business Improvement District for the fiscal year 2014-
2015 is estimated to be $23,000, and the levy revenue will generate $63,000 for a
total of $86,000.
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 21st day of July, 2014, the City Council did conside
all objections made to said estimates and to the basis of levy and assessments fo
payment for said costs (included as part of the City of Kalispell budget). I
SECTION

valuationof the Business Improvementof . 1-Montana, for
fiscal year 2014-2015, the following
SECTION 2. That there is hereby levied upon each and every dollar of the taxable
valuation within the Business Improvement District of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, for the fiscal year 2014-2015, the following assessment:
SECTION. That the annual appropriation for the Business Improvement District of the
City of Kalispell, Montana are hereby fixed as follows:

ECTION 4. The Business Improvement District Board of Directors is hereby authorized
to transfer any part of an unencumbered balance of an appropriation to a
purpose or object for which the appropriation for the current year is
insufficient or to transfer betweens items appropriated within the fund.
