John moved to approve the June 24 minutes; Janet seconded.
Approved 4-0.
Faucets n Fixtures/Real Deals — 525 W Idaho; new wall signs and freestanding sign
panel. Freestanding sign approved previously. Reviewed new submittal for wall signs.
John moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 4-0.
New Business:
Professional View Office — 175 Commons Loop; upper floor addition to existing office
building. It has more relief now than under the proposal. Discussed banding or a bump
out along the parapet. Janet moved to approve; Julie seconded. John moved to amend the
motion by adding a bump out detail along the top. Julie seconded. Motion to amend
passed 4-0. Approved 4-0.
