within the said district with the cost of lighting said. district,
RE IT RESOLVIED BY TIM, CITY COUNCIL CF TIM CITY OF =ISP21L:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number
0 ME I I of the city of Kalispell for the year 1924 is esti-
mated to be $07011.04.
Section 2. A to iz hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property in the said lighting district for the amount of' the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning
to the several.lotz and jarcels of land. within the said district.
(Reference is hereby mde to t-re original 'Resolution, vlUch
is on file and, of record in the office of the City Clerk for
a specific description of the property embraced in the above
mentioned resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at
six o'clock V. m., on the 30th day of November, 1924.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of
intention to create Lighting District Number 01TE,
