MEETING WAS HELD AT 4:00 P.M., TUESDAY, MAY 27, 2014
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Attendees: Board members: Rick Wills, Merna Terry, Jim Cossitt, Justin Ahmann
Others Present: Susie Turner, Terri Loudermilk, Charlie Harball
Absent Members: Jason Mueller, Jeff Zauner
The meeting began without being called to order as our chair and vice -chair were not present.
The minutes from the January 28, 2014 meeting were not read and approved as there was only
one member present that was at the previous meeting.
There were no members from the public in attendance to comment.
Charlie Harball welcomed new committee members, went over the IFAC role and mission and
Robert's Rules of Order.
It was determined that we would wait until the next meeting to elect a secretary when we have
more members to discuss and vote on this topic.
Susie Turner discussed the process of reviewing the Police, Fire, and Stormwater impact fees.
Since the council is requesting that staff do as much of the review work as possible without
hiring consultants, the process may take longer. The reports for fire and police impact fees will
use the same format as the last reports. The staff will be updating numbers for those fees and
will present them when they are complete. The report for the stormwater impact fees may take
longer and will be a melding of the last two reports. Staff will give us updates as these reports are
being worked on.
No old business was noted.
IFAC agreed to meet again in June.
The meeting was not formally adjourned since it was not formally called to order.
Date of next meeting: June 24, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. the fourth Tuesday in June.
