MEETING WAS HELD AT 4:00 P.M., TUESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2014
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Attendees: Board members: Larry Sartain, Jason Mueller, Rick Wills, Jeff Zauner
Others Present: Susie Turner, Terri Loudermilk, Paul Burnham
Jason Mueller called meeting to order and commenced roll call at 4:07 PM
Jason Mueller called for approval of December 17, 2013 minutes. Jeff Zauner made a motion to
approve minutes as written. Rick Wills seconded, motion carried.
Rick Wills reviewed with the IFAC, Police, Fire, Water, Wastewater, and Storm water Impact
Fee revenues and expenses from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2013.
Terri Loudermilk suggested we move forward and elect a chairman to replace Chad Graham who
resigned his chairmanship yet agreed to stay on the committee.
Terri Loudermilk asked for nominations. Rick Wills nominated Jeff Zauner. With no other
nominations a vote was taken with unanimous approval.
Storm Water Review was next on the agenda and Susie Turner stated it may take as long as 9
months to assemble an appropriate study. She added there was nothing in the budget for an
outside agency to provide the study.
Susie Turner suggested the IFAC study the 2006 and the 2010 Storm water Impact Fee reports
prior to next meeting.
Jason Mueller called for old business, none noted.
IFAC agreed to meet again in May.
Jeff made a motion to adjourn at 4:40, seconded by Larry, motion carried.
