A M80LUTION estimating the cost of Lighting Special lighting
District No. SEVEN of the City of Kalispell, i'or the year
1923, and levying and assessing all property within the,said dis-
trict with the cost of lighting the said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COTJj\,ICIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPEIZ:
Section 1. The cort of lighting Special Lighting District
No. SEVEN of '"the City of Kalispell for the year 1923 is
estimated to be $461.70.
Section 2. A tax is, hereby levied and assessed upor- all the
property in the said lighting district for the amount of the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning to
the several lots and parcels of lard within the said district, as
follows, to -wit: (Reference is hereby made to LILe original resolu-
tion on file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a
specific description of the property embraced innthe above -men-
tioned resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied beepmee delinquent at six
0clock p.m., or. the 30th day of 'November, 1923.
