A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of sprinkling the streets
and averues in Sprinkling Districts Number TWO, THR1_1,'E AND FOUR of
the City of Kalispell, mortana, for the year 1923, and levying
and assessing all property within the said district with the cost
sprinkling the streets and avenues within said district.
BE, IT ROSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF KALISPELL:
6ectior 1. The cost of sprinklirg the streets and avenues
in 6prinkling Districts Lumber TWO, THRI'2 AND FOM of the City
of Kalispell, Montana, for the year 1923, is estimated to be
$3187.30.
Section 2. Ajax is hereby levied and assessed upo-n-, all the
property in said sprinkling district for the amourt of' the estimaded
cost of sp.-rinkling the streets and avenues therein, being apportioned
to the several lots and parcels of land within the said aistrict,
as follows, to -wit:

of' record in the office of the City Clerk for a specific descrip-
tion of Vae property enbraced in the abo-ve-mentioned resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six
o'clock p.m. or. the 30th day of November, 1923.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to 'the Reso..Lution of
Intention to create Sprirkling Districts Number Two, Three and Four.
