RESOLUTION NO. 922.
A RESOLUTION levyint-'.,,' and aszessing a tax upon all the property in
Tmproverrent District No. 192 of the: City of Kalispetl,
Montana, for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of
improvements made and constructed in said district in accordance with
resolutions and ordinances of the City of Kalispell, Montana.
BE IT RESOLVINM BlY T.111F, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
Section 1. There is herely levied and asseseed to defray the
cost of expenses and. improvemente made and constructed in Special
Improvement District No. 192 of the City of Kaliepell, Montana, in
accordance with the resolutions and ord-Inancee of the said City,
a tax againat all, property included in the said District; the amount
to be charged against each lot or parcel of land thereof being set
opposite the deocription of the property and the navie of the owner
as follows, to -wit;

which shall become
due and payable
upon the
filing of a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the
City Treasurer of the said City an6 shall become delinquent after
the 30th day of November, 1923, and the a,,,�nual instalLments there-
after shall become due and payable on the firet day of October
of each year and delinqu6ntion the 30th day of November in each year.
All .of° the above payments bear interest at the rate of six percent.
per annum*
Introduced this 23rd day of April, 1923, and set for hearing
May 7th, 1923, &A 7-30 o'clock p.m.
