T)v said taxes to be paid in fiNe annual installments; the the first installment of which shall become due and payable upon the filing of a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the City Treasurer of the said City an6 shall become delinquent after the 30th day of November, 1923, and the a,,,�nual instalLments there- after shall become due and payable on the firet day of October of each year and delinqu6ntion the 30th day of November in each year.
