A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Special
Lighting District Number Thirty One of the City of Kalispell,
for the year 1922, and levying and assessing all the property
within the said district with the cost of lighting said
BE IT RESOLVED LY THE CITY XOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The cost of lighting district number Thirty One
of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated to be
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
propertyl,in,the said lighting disti-ict'for the amount of the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning
to the several lots and parcels of land within the said district.
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution which
is on file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a
specific description of the property embraced in the above
mentioned resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes-delin'quent at
six o'clock p.m., on the 30th day of November, 1922.,
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Res-olution of
Intention to create Lighting District Number Thirty One for
further particulars.
