A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Lighting District Number Twenty -Three of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 and levying and assessing all the proper within tho said district with the cost of lighting sail BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY OF ISPELL: Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Twenty -Three of the City of Kalispell fore the year 1922 is eati- Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of land within said district. (Reference is hereby made to the original R000lution which is on file and of record in the office pf the City Clerk for a specific description of the property embraced in the above resolution.) Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock p.m., on the 30th day of November, 1922. Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention to create Lighting District Number 'Nenty-Three for further particulars.
