Resolution 888 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 8RESOLUTION NO. B88. A RESOLUTION estimating the coat of lighting Special Lighting District 'Number EIGHT of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922, and levying and assessing all the property within the said district with the cost of lighting said district. BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL. Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District -Number BIGHT of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated to be $142.80. Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of land within the said district. (Reference is hereby made to the original Resdlution kn file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a specific description of the property embraced in the above mentioned district.) Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock pm. on the 30th day of November, 1922. Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention to creat Lighting District Number EIGHT for further particulars. Introduced September 5th and set for hearing October 2nd at 7.130 o'clock p.m. A.
