I A FLESOLUTION estimatin-- the cost of lighting Special Lighting District Number SEVEN of the city of Kalispell for the year 1922, andl,levying and assessing all the property within the said district with the cost of lighting said district. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISFELL: Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number SEVEN of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated to be 0576,72. Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportion- ing to the several lots and parcels of land within the said district. (Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution on file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a specific description of the property embraced in the above mentioned district.) Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of November, 1922. Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention to create Lighting District Number SEVEN for further particulars. Introduced September 5th and set for hearing October 2nd, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. A.
